The new outlet is situated in a digital gastronomy lab.
Vita Mojo has announced the launch of its first international site, located in San Sebastian, Spain.
The restaurant chain, known for offering personalised meals to customers, set up their kiosks in LABe, a "digital gastronomy" lab inside the Basque Culinary Center.
"LABe is their experimental space, or living lab of gastronomical innovation. It has been designed to bring together technology and people in a multi-disciplinary approach to really explore the future of food and the role of digitalisation and technology within that space," Vita Mojo said in a website post.
