You will often see people asking, does green and black match since these colors are both capable of leaving a room with a dark feel to it. The same goes for a black and teal color combination, but at the same time are these two colors playing perfectly off one another.
The best recommendation would be to use it sparingly and in a large space like a large living room or bar area. A great idea would be a partially black wall with a teal cabinet or bar in front of it for a striking focal point in your room.
